We are pleased to announce that Donato Capitella will be presenting at the University of Birmingham on Tuesday 17th March 2015 in front of Computer Science students.

Topic: The Bazaare.com Christmas Hacking

Speaker: Donato Capitella

Abstract:

In this talk we’ll analyze an attack against a fictitious company,TheBazaare.com, that has been brought down by a catastrophic hacking attack during Christmas. We’ll look at how attackers got an initial foothold and how they then performed lateral movement to fully compromise the company.
