The 2014 ICFP Conference will be hosted at Emperors Palace in Gauteng on 21 & 22 July 2014.

Harry Grobbelaar and Jacques Louw will be discussing Advanced Modern Cybercrime.

Their talk will discuss advanced cyrime attacks and what organizations should be doing to defend against them. They will be looking at the recent Target breaches and analyzing how attackers could have gained access to cardholder data.

The techniques and methods to perform such an attach will be analyzed and discussed along with demonstrations to provide a better understanding of what will be required to infiltrate an organisation. Finally there will be a discussion around pragmatic defences as part of a cyber-defence programme.
