MWR is sponsoring CSAW, the largest student-run cyber security event in the USA.

MWR is delighted to be sponsoring Cybersecurity Awareness Week (CSAW) 2015 for the first time, so if you are attending, please come and talk to the MWR team and keep an eye on our Twitter feed for updates!

We are sponsoring the midnight pizza for the CTF on both Thursday and Friday nights. We will also be running a Songs in Code challenge at the Career Fair on Friday 13th November, head to the MWR stand to test your musical knowledge, all you have to do is guess the song or artist. There are two BB8 Droids up for grab so make sure you get involved and you’re in the running to win!

Event Description

CSAW 2015 is the largest student-run cyber security event in the USA: a weekend of competitions, industry talks and events to prepare best-performing students with the skills and knowledge to shape the future of the industry.

Competitions include Capture the Flag, Embedded Security Challenge, High School Forensics, and more!

Threads 2015 is the annual conference that draws peer-reviewed research from around the world, devised to showcase new discoveries in network attack and defense.

CSAW Career Fair allows conference-goers to introduce themselves to CSAW sponsors: powerful corporate and government organizations seeking to recruit new talent.
