How does an attacker perceive your network?

The results from network security testing provide you with an understanding of the vulnerabilities affecting your environment from the perspective of a network attached attacker. This enables you to prioritise any remediation activities to ensure that resources are accurately targeted to protect the systems that would be targets for this type of attacker.

Network security testing enables you to:

  • Identify the vulnerabilities affecting your network which could be exploited by an attacker with a direct connection to it
  • Provide the business with detailed information about the vulnerabilities and how to resolve them thereby reducing the risk your organisation is exposed to
  • Communicate the findings to all relevant levels of the business from administrators to the Board – enabling them to understand the impact on their areas of responsibility
  • Understand how your network appears to attackers and whether the security controls are sufficient to deflect their interest thereby reducing the number of attacks

The results of this service are available through MWR InfoSecurity’s Secure Delivery Management solution FastHold and are compatible with Advanced Distributable Reporting (ADR). This enables you to provide the results of the review efficiently and securely within your business enabling the key stakeholders to gain access to the information they need to protect your business.
