Issue Manager

Issue Manager gives you complete control over your issues, you can assign them to groups or individuals to review or resolve. You can also choose to reassign issues, or you can mark an issue as a risk your organisation has chosen to accept. This service is provided in conjunction with one or more of our Managed Scanning Services; Internal Scanning, External Scanning and PCI Scanning.

Take Control of Your Scan Results

Issue Manager allows administrators to assign vulnerabilities to be Reviewed or marked as Resolved. Issues for review can be assigned to colleagues and deadlines can be set and all users can add notes. This enables you to truly take control of the issues on your network and manage the risk.

With Issue Manager you can:

  • Assign issues to the right teams or individuals for review and resolution

  • Get better visibility of your infrastructure by managing all your issues in one place

  • Take control by setting deadlines

  • Give context to the issues by adding notes

  • Organise and understand the risks by sorting and filtering your issues by status, IP, vulnerability and assignee

  • Accept a risk; in some cases your organisation may decide that a risk is necessary in order to maintain flexibility

  • Improve communication internally, communication is secure and direct

  • Set issues for MWR InfoSecurity to review

  • Manage your results securely

This service is available through FastHold, MWR InfoSecurity's Security Management Portal. Issue Manager makes your reports immediately useful; you can get to grips with issues directly and form a dynamic picture of your security landscape as it changes.
